Dead Island is definitely the one game that properly got me into horror/scary games, I’m aware it’s not really that scary but I’m someone who hates being chased and screamed at, especially in darkness on games!
I was still playing Riptide when I drew this up and had just re-completed the first Dead Island so I had lots of fresh ideas and imagery in my mind. I spent a lot of time on this illustration, I wanted to show my love for the game and also make it fun to look at, so although it took a while it was really fun and I feel like it was worth the effort!
